Joss takes responsibility for the Blackacre marketing strategy, ensuring everything we do is in line with our brand ethos. She is a marketing consultant with over 20 years’ experience in branding, acquisition and retention in the luxury, media and e-commerce sectors.
An experienced marketer, Joss held senior marketing positions in advertising and for the Financial Times and Amazon, before setting up her marketing consulting business in 2017.
Joss has significant global marketing experience. In 2006 she re-located with her family to Hong Kong to take up the role of Regional Marketing Director for Asia Pacific at the FT and then in 2012 moved to New York as EVP, Global Marketing. Returning to the UK in 2015, she joined Amazon to manage the European arm of Subscribe and Save, Amazon’s biggest customer loyalty programme.
In her spare time Joss can be found enjoying making a mean expresso martini, spending time with her family and travelling the world. She is off to Burma for her next trip very soon.
