As outlined in our jewellery care & maintenance section, whilst rare, damage to our creations can occur and we cannot be held responsible for any damaged jewellery or lost stones.

As these pieces are of great value both financially and sentimentally, we strongly recommend that every client obtains insurance cover for their jewellery to ensure the costs are covered in the event of damage or loss.

There are a variety of options available for insurance and clients should conduct their own research to ensure they are comfortable with the level and type of cover. However our recommendation is TH March, a well established brand in the sector whom we rely on for our own business insurance.

Through the use of our unique client identifier “AB015T “ TH March will allocate you to our brand and ensure that in the unfortunate event an claim needed to be made they would send you back to us for any repair or replacement work (as opposed to a lower cost/quality alternative).
