Delivery
Where possible we always love to see our clients in person when handing over a finished piece as it is one of the most special and enjoyable moments for us. However, where collection is not possible we will always be able to make arrangements to deliver the pieces securely to you and this is included as part of any order. All deliveries are tracked and fully insured by us until the point they have been received.
For all domestic deliveries (i.e. within the UK) we used Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed delivery which requires a signature from the recipient on receipt of the package. For all international deliveries we tend to use Fedex and similarly parcels will need to be signed for by the recipient. For higher value items a more bespoke delivery partner is required to provide sufficient insurance cover and support through customs and for this we use Malca Amit. For higher value deliveries we may need to request further details from you however we will contact you as and when these are required. All deliveries are insured by us until the reach you.
All shipping charges will be covered by us as part of our service however all import duty and local charges, where due, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Bespoke creations are made to order and uniquely crafted to client’s specific needs, therefore they cannot be returned.
However, delivering a flawless experience to our customers (before and after their purchase) is the foundation upon which the brand has been built, so in the unfortunate event that you need to return your ring please contact us and we will always try to support you resolve any situation on a case by case basis.
